  Free Entry Instructions

1. Overview

Where a promotion offers a free entry route, it is structured to comply with UK law as a free prize draw.

No purchase is necessary to enter where a valid free entry method is provided.

This page explains how to submit a valid free postal entry in accordance with the entry requirements.

Always refer to the specific draw page for closing dates, entry limits and prize details.

3. How to Enter by Post

Unless otherwise stated in the draw details, postal entries must include:

  • Send one entry per envelope
  • Include your full name
  • Include your email address (preferred) or postal address
  • Clearly state the draw number
  • Ensure the entry is legible
  • Affix correct postage


Entries must be personally completed.

Bulk submissions, automated entries, mechanically reproduced entries, or commercial mailing systems are not permitted.

4. Closing Date

The Entry Closing Time for each promotion is stated on the relevant draw page.

Entries must be posted before the Entry Closing Time.

Entries received after the Entry Closing Time may still be included provided they were posted before the closing time and arrive within a reasonable processing window.

The operator may delay the draw date to allow postal entries to be received and processed.

5. Equal Treatment

Free postal entries:

  • Are assigned unique Entry ID numbers
  • Are entered into the same draw pool as paid entries
  • Have equal chance of winning
  • Are subject to the same draw process
  • Are processed in the same manner and timeframe as paid entries once received


Free entries are not disadvantaged and have equal treatment in all respects.

6. Entry Limits

Where a maximum entry limit applies:

  • The same maximum applies across all entry methods
  • Attempts to exceed limits may result in voided entries
  • Entry limits apply per person, regardless of entry method.

7. Record Keeping

All valid free entries are:

  • Logged in the entry ledger
  • Assigned a Draw Number
  • Assigned a Participant ID
  • Assigned an Entry ID


Records are retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Master Terms & Conditions.

8. Invalid Entries

Entries may be deemed invalid if:

  • Required information is missing
  • The envelope contains multiple entries
  • The entry is illegible
  • It is received after the closing date
  • It breaches the stated entry conditions
  • There are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular or abusive submission patterns


Invalid entries will not be entered into the draw.

The operator reserves the right to verify authenticity where irregular submission patterns are detected.

9. Important

Free entry is a genuine and accessible alternative method of participation.

ENTER PLAYER 1 does not:

  • Require paid entry to win
  • Give paid entries preferential treatment
  • Restrict access to the free entry route


All valid entries, whether free or paid, have an equal chance of winning.
