Where a paid entry route is offered, a genuine free postal entry route is also provided. All valid paid and free tickets are treated equally in the winner-selection process. Promotions are structured in accordance with the applicable laws governing free draws and prize competitions.

Once an indefinite exclusion request has been confirmed, the individual will not be permitted to enter future competitions unless reinstated following a written request after an appropriate cooling-off period.

ENTER PLAYER 1 may retain limited personal data where necessary to maintain and enforce an exclusion request.
