Is there really a free entry route?

Yes. Every paid competition includes a free postal entry route. Full instructions are shown on the relevant competition page and on our Free Entry Info page.

Do free postal entries have the same chance of winning?

Yes. Valid free postal entries are included in the same winner-selection process as paid online tickets and have the same chance of winning.

How many tickets can I buy?

Each competition has a maximum ticket limit per player. The limit is shown on the competition page and helps prevent one person from buying all available tickets.

Can I enter from outside the UK?

No. Enter Player 1 competitions are currently open to UK residents only. Entrants must also meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms and Conditions.

Who can enter competitions?

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and meet the eligibility rules shown on the competition page and in our Terms and Conditions.

Winners & fairness

How are winners selected?

After a competition closes, the winning entry is selected using a random number generator. The selection process is recorded and the result is published publicly.

How do I know the competitions are fair?

Each competition shows the important details before entry, including the prize, ticket limit, closing time and entry routes. Winner selections are recorded, and completed competitions are added to the Prize Archive.

What are the odds of winning?

Your chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries in the competition. Each competition page shows the maximum number of available tickets, so you can judge the possible odds before entering.

What happens if a competition does not fill?

The competition will still close at the advertised time and a winner will still be selected from the valid entries received.

Can I see previous winners?

Yes. Completed competitions and previous winners can be viewed in the Prize Archive.

Prizes, payments & support

How will I know if I win?

We will contact the winner directly using the details provided when entering. Completed results may also be published in the Prize Archive and announced on official Enter Player 1 social channels.

When will I receive my prize?

Digital prizes are usually delivered within 24 hours after the winner has been confirmed. Physical prizes may take longer depending on delivery arrangements.

Are payments secure?

Online payments are currently processed through PayPal. Enter Player 1 does not store your card details.

What should I do if I entered but did not receive an email?

Check your junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot find anything, contact us at contact@enterp1.com and include the competition number, order email, and any payment or entry details you have.
